AVERAGE Based on 46 reviews Posted on Jordan. Jordan HartmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Company was sent out by home warranty less than 2 years ago. I now have a mitigation team and restoration team out for what was a “simple” resealing of the shower drain to fail in less than 2 years and mold to grow. Tried calling the company and no response. Information was sent to my insurance.Posted on Francis MatimojuTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'll just be another person to add to the terrible reviews. I wish I had read them prior to this company coming to my house. Like everyone else, they were sent to my house through American Home Shield (AHS). This is more like an American Horror Story (AHS). We had a simple Garbade disposal leak, and they come out, stop the leak, but leave us with a severe sink backup. Now, I wish I still had the leak, at least, I won't have to worry about dirty water sitting in my Kitchen sink, on Christmas eve. I called, no answer, I text, no reply. Had to call AHS to recall, and send a new vendor to come fix whatever Next Level Plumbing broke. (Still waiting on the new vendor, will prolly have water in my sink through the holidays) Don't ever use them, and don't be like me, read the reviews before accepting their crappy service.Posted on Bryan WilliamsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company was hired via my home warranty company. The gentleman that came was cool and all but that’s not the point. He snaked the main sewer line and was not able to get to the clog. While he is trying to get to the clog he was running water in the shower and flushing the toilet. Mind you the only person that has flush that toilet in days is him. That bathroom was dry when he came and no sewage was coming up. As he is doing this, sewage water is coming up from the toilet and shower. He said he would have to make some calls and he would hear from him and a few hours. He left, and told us the clog would not be covered by my warranty. Which is fine to be honest. But he left my bathroom flooded as well as part of the bedroom. It was dry when he got there. He left the job worst than it was and refused to clean the mess he made. As he said he is not responsible for cleaning pee and feces. He was the only person who made it that way. What a horrible experience -5 stars if that was an option. I wouldn’t trust them at all.Posted on Michael MannsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Came to help replace a wax seal on a toilet bowl. Ended up not connecting the toilet water line back up and created water damage. In person they admitted to the issue and apologized. They left with big promises to fix the problem and now are denying any damages. Just a shady horribly ran company. Avoid at all cost.Posted on X YzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Owner of company came to our home and created a lot of unnecessary work. He ordered parts we didn’t need and replaced parts that didn’t fix our problem. When we fired him from the job, he not give us a full refund on the parts that were returned, and he charged us for all of his time even though the core problem was unresolved. Fast forward one year and he has tried to cash his checks that we wrote at the time of this debacle AGAIN! He cashed the original check in March 2023 and tried to cash the SAME CHECK again in May of 2024. When I texted him to call him out, he danced around the issue and said he “didn’t remember”. HE IS A THIEF.Posted on AliciaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you need a plumber, I recommend you call anyone else! If AHS assigned this company to you, I would call and request another company! They deserve zero stars! Like many others, Next Level Plumbing was assigned to us through our home warranty, American Home Shield. We had a suspected leak and despite 4 visits to our house (in addition to the 2 times when they called day of to reschedule) there is STILL an active leak, as confirmed by the new company AHS finally sent out today. Next Level Plumbing seemed to give us different diagnoses and changed the costs due at each visit. I wish I could have fired them earlier but we tried to be patient since it was through AHS. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, however it’s overwhelmingly clear that they have no idea what they are doing or they just don’t care. The final time we called to tell them it still wasn’t fixed they tried to blame it on us and refused to give us our money back. We paid $200 out of pocket for the “repair”, for which they encouraged us to pay cash to avoid a service fee. Now I believe the cash was requested to avoid any recourse/dispute through a credit card company. They wasted a month of our time and ripped us off. I’m not a person to leave reviews like this but (of course) they never answer their phone. This was the absolute worst experience I have had with any contractor.Posted on Abbigail Rhoades RibblettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They came out in a “repair “to line for our bathtub not only does it still leak but it barely drains. I got a hold of someone within the warranty to try to have it corrected and they said I would receive a call back and it’s been probably 3 to 4 months and nobody will answer my phone calls or my messages.Posted on Jay PenrodTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. AHS sent Next Level Plumbing out to look at a sump pump and hot water heater. After looking at both for a little bit and listening to what I had already troubleshot they determine both need to be replaced. Less than a week later both parts were here they came on time and their work was great.Posted on Susan LassiterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Don't let them do your plumbing problems. Plumber did not pull toilet to check wax ring and flange. He found a small leak in the tank and told us all the water in front of the toilet was caused by the small leak. They only wanted to replace the tank. Plumber called me angrily and questioned why I said he didn't diagnosis the leak properly. After getting another contractor they found the flange was cracked and wax ring was basically gone. They replaced the entire toilet. Very glad there are companies that actually want to do the job right for the customers instead of being lazy and not caring.Posted on Alyssa JohnsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company is a nightmare. Our home warranty company assigned them to come out in November and after 2 weeks of following up to even get on their books, we finally got someone to come out to look at a pipe leak and sewer odor. The guy that came out had no idea what he was doing. He walked around for 5 minutes then suggested that maybe our dog is lifting her leg and peeing into a wall vent? He didn’t diagnose or help with our problem in any way and we were still charged for the visit.
